Technical

1、Apperance

     A、Bruise in one face is allowed, if two faces are both bruised, then use the slight bruised face. It’s not allowed to have two bruise in 1 meter for the same face.

     B、slight line is allowed

     C、 the face is even, w/o bending trace, copper print

     D、no yellow\white spot, no rime fog, no water\oil stain.

     E、 lustrousness is the same

2、binding force: bend the copper strip, no coat peeling off;

3、toughness: bend the pin 90 degree twice, no break.  

4、Solderability: Dip into solder machine 3~5s, the surface should be bright, and tin platedover 95% after observing under the 45X magnifying glass w/o hole and wrinkles;

     observe under the 10~30X magnifying glass, it’s allowed to have less than 5%’s hole and tin shrink.
